Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Sellpage: creators who sell through it, and buyers who get products from a creator’s storefront. Sellpage is operated by Saad Saleem, an individual based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

What Sellpage is

Sellpage lets creators publish a storefront page and sell or give away digital products, such as templates, guides, presets and videos. Each product is offered by the creator who published it. We provide the platform, hosting, file delivery and, where available, checkout. We don’t create, review in advance, or own creators’ products.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create a creator account.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • Store addresses (usernames) are first come, first served. We may reclaim an address that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is unused for a long time.

Creators

If you sell on Sellpage, you agree that:

  • You own, or have the rights to sell, everything you upload, and your product descriptions are accurate.
  • You’re responsible for your products, for supporting your buyers, and for any taxes on your income from sales.
  • You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, display and deliver your content, only as needed to run your storefront and deliver purchases. You keep ownership of your content.
  • You honour the 14-day refund policy for paid products.

What you can’t sell or do

  • Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Malware, or files designed to harm devices or steal data.
  • Sexually explicit content, content that exploits minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred.
  • Counterfeit goods, stolen accounts or data, or anything sold with misleading claims.
  • Attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or to access other people’s data.

We may remove content, hide a storefront, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

Buyers

  • When you get a product, you buy it from the creator, not from Sellpage. Questions about a product go to the creator.
  • Your download link arrives by email. It’s personal, works for 30 days, and you can request a new one at any time. Each purchase has a fair download limit to prevent sharing.
  • Unless the creator says otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not resell or redistribute the files.

Payments and fees

Paid checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record and collect any sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your full card details. If we introduce fees for creators, we’ll show them before they apply and give at least 30 days’ notice of any change.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sellpage reliable and your files safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Creators should keep their own copies of their files.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for products sold by creators, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using Sellpage at any time, and ask us to delete your account at support@sellpage.store. Buyers keep access to products they’ve already bought for the period described above. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. For significant changes we’ll notify creators by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute can’t be settled informally, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without removing any rights you have under the consumer law of where you live.
