Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sellpage collects, why, and what you can do about it. Sellpage is operated by Saad Saleem, who is responsible for your data (the “data controller”). We collect as little as we can to run the service.

What we collect

If you’re a creator:

• Your email address and sign-in details, to run your account.
• Your public profile: name, store address, bio, category, profile photo, banner and social links.
• The products and files you upload, and the settings of your storefront.
• Records of your sales and the email addresses of your buyers, so we can deliver purchases and show your orders.

If you’re a buyer:

• Your email address, to send your download link and let you get it again later.
• What you bought, from whom, when and for how much.
• For paid products, the payment provider collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

If you visit a storefront: we count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address. Each visit is reduced to an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can count visitors but can’t identify you or follow you between days or storefronts. We also record which site referred you, such as Instagram.

Our servers keep short-lived technical logs (including IP addresses) to keep the service secure and fix problems.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed to keep creators signed in. Storefronts and product pages set no tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To provide the service: host storefronts, deliver files, send purchase and account emails.
• To keep it secure: prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• To show creators their own orders, customers and analytics.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed to run Sellpage:

• Supabase: accounts, sign-in and database (servers in Singapore).
• Vercel: website and API hosting.
• Cloudflare: storage for uploaded files and images.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Our payment provider, for paid purchases, when paid checkout is enabled.

When you buy from a creator, that creator can see your email address and the details of your order, so they can support you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for buyers to access their products and for legal and tax reasons. Technical logs are kept for a short period. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Creators can edit most of their information in the dashboard. For anything else, email support@sellpage.store. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country, including in Singapore and the United States, by the providers listed above, under their own data protection safeguards.

Children

Sellpage isn’t intended for children under 13, and creator accounts require users to be adults. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We’ll update this policy if our practices change, and email creators about significant changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
