Refund Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
Every paid product bought through a Sellpage storefront comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. This applies to all creators on Sellpage.
How to get a refund
- Ask within 14 days of your purchase.
- Email support@sellpage.store from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your purchase email. Tell us which product it was.
- You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
- The refund goes back to your original payment method, through our payment provider.
- It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Once refunded, your download link for that product stops working.
Free products
Free products cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. You can simply ignore or delete them.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at the creator’s discretion. If a file is broken or isn’t what the product described, contact us at any time and we’ll help sort it out with the creator.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually refund faster than a dispute. If a dispute is decided in your favour, the purchase is treated as refunded and its download link stops working.
